Known as the Swiss businessman who brought the little red Swiss Army Knife to the world, he made it a true companion for millions of people around the globe. To honor the memory of this exceptional man, Victorinox is launching a very special collectors' item. Mr. Elsener had a long-standing affinity for his Explorer knife; to celebrate this, we are re-launching it in a Limited Edition with Damascus steel blade, inlaid steel Cross & Shield and Swiss wood scales engraved with Mr. Elsener Sr.'s signature. Each item is serialized with 7,000 pieces to be produced worldwide
