A full-length center zipper opens the Crag Daddy's main compartment wide, so you can find your belay device underneath all the cams. For comfort, Patagonia added cushy and breathable Air Flow mesh at the back panel, waist belt, and shoulder straps. There's also a lightweight aluminum frame sheet to give support for heavy loads, and you can remove it for quick trips to the local crags. Large reinforced grab handles let you drag the Crag Daddy under routes quickly and easily, and the side compression straps accommodate extra climbing ropes. The Crag Daddy also features two stretch side pockets for water bottles, a zippered side pocket for climbing guides, and an internal stash pocket for your electronics and valuables.
