This is our special police model Australian saddle. These saddles from Sydney Saddleworks are specially made to the requirements of various mounted police units. The saddle is made of the very finest soft supple leather.Special requirements for this run of mounted saddles as follows:No tooling and no marking on the saddleAll black top of the line leatherHeavier reinforcement on tree and stirrup pegsBlack threadStainless steel hardware.No horn ( required for safety of the rider )Fully adjustable fendersStainless steel irons premium qualityPremium wool felt in black only on undersideThese above requirements are common with mounted unitsThe saddle has a quarterhorse size tree with 7" gullet which will fit nicely on most horses with average size withersWe are adding matching accessories all made of the same super high quality leather and stainless steel fittings.Halter bridle combination with euro style rubber grip reinsAustralian breastplateThick Australian black cotton saddlepad with pocketsMatching crupperHeavy duty padded 34" - 40" adjustable leather girth with heavy elastic on both ends.This is about 350.00 of additional accessories we are addiing to the saddle.
