We provide 1 year of warranty for most items in our store. Because our products are designed for Korean market, International warranty is NOT available. 1. If an item is a defective product in the first place, which is a manufacturing defect, the item will be exchanged for free and the shipping cost will be reimbursed. 2. If an item suddenly breaks down or does not operate in a normal way within 1 year, the problem will be analyzed and discussed. a. If it turns out to be a manufacturing defect, the item can be repaired for free and shipping cost will be discussed. b. If it turns out to be a user's mishandling fault, the item can be repaired.
