I do charge a handling fee per package as ebay is now taking 6-11% of the shipping total. So if I don't charge a handling fee, I have to pay for part of your shipping out of my pocket. Instead, I think if enough people started to complain to ebay about it then maybe, together we can eliminate these extra fees!I do ship worldwide.
