Return Policy: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us via email to obtain an RMA #. Returns for refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns for replacement are not assessed a restocking fee. CD, DVDs, vinyl, tape, software, license, video games, books and other media items cannot be returned for refund.
