A beautiful piece of wood that came out with a deep almost 3D look after the stabilisation processA very strong truly hand made Razor sharp "woodlore style" bushcraft knife made with 3mm 01 Sheffield tool steel that has been hardened to 59 Rockwell.It has a Curly Birch handle bolted in place with Brass Loveless bolts and epoxy for extra bonding and a brass lanyard hole.There are deep red fiber liners.The sheath has two bands for extra strength and hold on the knife it is totally hand cut and stitched, tailored and shaped for this knife, with very thick Saddle quality leather and given an antique appearance.It is 22cm long with an 10.8 cm blade, it has a true scandi grind.I have given this knife a hand rubbed satin finish as it has been made for hard Bushcraft use.Made here in my workshop in northern England.This is a working tool and I guarantee its performance and use for bushcraft, should my workmanship fail I would replace it.There are reviews on youtube for A S Harding knife.
